The Legal Bit
This site is, with some exceptions, copyrighted; however, I have released certain parts of it under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 2.0 Licence. Effectively what this means is that you can use any of the text on this site, provided you give me credit (by a link to the original page, preferably). If you ask me, I may give you permission to do more with it (use it commercially, edit it, not give me credit), but only if I'm feeling very nice. Similarly, I retain the right to ask you to take it down – something I'll only do if it's used in a way I don't like.
All the scripts, be they Javascript or PHP, are released under various open source licenses. If you want to use the PHP code please contact me and I'll probably email you the source. (Again, I retain the right to refuse this if I feel it necessary.)
All images posted are most definitely copyright, all rights reserved etc., and are not included under the Creative Commons license unless explicitly stated. You can still contact me to ask my permission if you really want to use them, though.
As you may have noticed, this page is not written in legalese; however, that doesn't mean it's not valid. I think it's pretty clear what you're allowed to do and what you're not.
